Managing Partner
Veteran practitioner and Investment property advisor with a B.Sc in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a registered member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria as well as the former Managing Director at Anambra State Housing Corporation. His core areas of expertise include Asset Valuation, Property Development, Commercial Negotiation and Real Estate Investment Analysis.
Kayode Oluwole Fasoro
Manager and Head of Operations
Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as well as a registered member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He has acquired 11 years of substantial practice and specialises in commercial negotiation, portfolio management, Asset valuation and general real estate practice.
Michael Babatunde Olamijulo
Facility Manager
Probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has acquired over 10 years of relevant experience in facility management. Areas of expertise include : Facility management, Valuation and Property Development
Anita Obianwu
Consultant
Graduate with a Bsc in Real Estate and an Msc in Finance and Management. Specialising in both financial and managerial property aspects. She has acquired tangible skills in surveying and on-site practices as well as valuation tactics.
